Works great as a backup battery - if you charge it up from a wall socket. But you will die of exhaustion before you can put any kind of charge into it with the hand crank! 30 minutes of constant cranking barely registers. F.Y.I. - Smart phones won’t allow you to hand crank power directly into the phone. Phones register it as an unreliable power source.(Which your crazy cranking really is.)
